Our First Wellbeing Wednesday

The first Wellbeing Wednesday will be hosted by John Halsall, Chair of the Rail Wellbeing Alliance and Lizi Stewart the Industry Sponsor for the Health and Wellbeing in Business subgroup. They will be joined by The Sleep Scientist, Dr Sophie Bostock, who is on a mission to help you improve your life by unlocking the science of sleep and performance. Discover a fantastic new mental health initiative championed by BAM Nutall and then get ready for a very different type of workout, with laughter yoga guru Louise Claire Gates.
