Top tips for achieving a stress-free festive season

At this month’s Wellbeing Wednesday our host, Nadine Rae from TSSA, was joined by Dee Holmes from Relate, a national charity that offers support for healthy relationships.

Dee offered practical advice on a variety of stresses that families experience over the holiday season. From shared custody and stepfamilies, moody teenagers, and friction within the family, to being apart from your family and missing a loved one.
