This session is designed to help you become happier, healthier, fitter and stronger. Josh Henry hosts a 30-minute low impact cardio session suitable for all ages and all fitness abilities. You don’t have to be the fittest or the strongest to take part in this. All you need to do is give 100%! You can take place anywhere from the comfort of your living room or even your garden!

You don’t need any special clothing – these practices are designed to be used at any time or place, at work or at home.
