Creating a healthy work-life balance

Does the idea of a healthy work-life balance seem unachievable? Over the last 18 months we’ve seen the line between work and home-life blur more than ever, so it’s no wonder a recent study found that 2 in 3 people feel that work stress follows them home.

For this month’s Wellbeing Wednesday our host Claire Mann, from South Western Rail, spoke to Joanne Waterworth from the charity Working Families. Joanne discussed the signs of an unhealthy work-life balance and offers practical advice on what you can do to maintain a balance, including how to avoid working longer hours and the steps you can take to make working from home work for you.
